Water is a very underrated, yet complex compound, but is also an easy start point for sciences; Water can be very damaging, it causes damp, it causes structural failure and structural damage through salt hydrolysis, yet water can conduct electricity through salts (osmosis), but water and electricity can also start fire, water is an important element in sulphuric acid, which, as those who know science will know is a powerful acid that can dissolve solid concrete.

But we humans must have water to provide life, to provide plasters, renders, paints & finishes. (Habitat)  All creatures and vegetation need water and moisture, and again we need them! Yet most people don't even understand the fundamentals of water.

When gold freezes, science states the the density increases, so that gold actually gets smaller in size. When water freezes, unlike any other known material on earth, it expands,  (by approx 10% in volume). Due to the "Mpemba effect", hot/boiling water freezes faster than cold water. When ice thaws it contracts by 10% in volume, yet online influencers (comedians) are  just being joined by even more clowns? (Money is not the right answer.)

But dont forget, building is easy guv'nor!

We studied through all of the Awarding bodies shown below, and many more besides. We have also taught, Asssessed & Verified both further & higher education construction awards for many years, and university qualifications, we are also licensed to Profess globally, so we know 'a little bit'.  Did and do you? Or is it all just a game, a bandwagon, or easy to you? 🤣🤣
